All Sales Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed. We take great care in packaging and preparing your furniture for delivery; however, if your piece arrives damaged in transit, we will, at our sole discretion, issue a refund, arrange for repair, or provide a replacement. Any transit-related furniture damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for review.
White Glove Delivery
We offer white glove delivery service for most furniture orders. This includes delivery to the room of choice, unboxing, placement, and removal of all packaging materials. Please note that assembly is not included unless specifically requested and confirmed in advance. If assembly is required, arrangements must be made prior to delivery and may incur an additional fee. Our delivery teams do not move or dispose of existing furniture unless this service has also been arranged beforehand.
Third Party Shipping
All shipping and delivery services are performed by a third party. Staff and employees of any shipping company are not employees of Good Bones Furniture. Any damage to places of delivery are the sole responsibility of the shipping company. Any claims for damage to any place of delivery must be directed to the shipping company.
